MAJOR SYSTEMS UPGRADE


Due to a major upgrade of our systems, all online and claiming services are currently unavailable and we expect to be back online from 6am (AEDT) Tuesday 6 October. During this time, you won’t be able to access our regular services including our website and mobile app or claiming on-the-spot with a provider like a physio or chiro.


We know you may need to get in touch with us and we’re still here for you.
